We
employ 140 staff members including: professional
qualified architects, building surveyors,
general practice surveyors, quantity surveyors
and electrical and mechanical engineers, as
well as specialists in energy management.
The
team works on a wide range of projects from
prestigious multi-million pound developments
(East Ham Leisure Centre) to smaller projects
(lift installations and arranging CCTV installation
on many of our high streets). Our client base
includes all Newham Council departments and
schools and the services we provide include
property advice and valuation; design conception,
build, and project management; day-to-day
responsive maintenance; and delivering regeneration
and development throughout the Borough.
